Your Maltipoo’s Schedule
It is very important that you get your Maltipoo used to a schedule at a very early age. While you can make some exceptions along the way, it is critical that you do not stray away from this schedule too much. It is beneficial to you and your Maltipoo to get on a daily schedule that suits both of your needs. Of course, as your Maltipoo gets older you can begin to move away from this schedule more and more.
What should your Maltipoo’s schedule look like? Generally speaking, you want to make sure that it is perfect for the both of you. In other words, you do not want the schedule to interfere too much with you or your dog.
The first thing on your schedule should be when your Maltipoo goes to bed, and when you take it out of its crate in the morning. Even though it can be difficult to stick to exact times day in and day out, you should do your best. Make sure that you base this around your work schedule so that you do not have to change too much. Generally speaking, your Maltipoo should be able to adapt to whatever schedule you are currently on.
You will also want to have a schedule for when you feed your Maltipoo. Again, you may not always be able to stick to this, but try your best. In most cases, feeding your Maltipoo puppy once a day will be just fine.
Overall, the schedule that you set up for your Maltipoo is very important. Make sure that you start working on this schedule the day that your Maltipoo comes home, and that you stick with it until you are comfortable giving your dog more freedom.
