Caring for your Maltipoo Puppy
When you buy a Maltipoo puppy, you probably know what you are getting yourself into. After all, caring for a puppy is not the easiest thing to do. The fact of the matter is that it will take a lot of time and energy to get through the first few months. Luckily, as your Maltipoo puppy gets older it will get easier on the both of you.
Caring for your Maltipoo puppy at night is the most difficult part of the process. This is when you will have to put your puppy in its crate, and hope that it makes it through the night with only small interruptions. When it comes down to it, some Maltipoo puppies are better than others when it comes to nighttime behavior. You simply have to wait to see what you are getting.
During the day, caring for your new puppy is a bit easier; especially if you will be at home with it. Make sure that you take your Maltipoo outside at least once per hour. This works to your benefit in two ways. First off, it will help to ensure that it does not have any accidents in your home. Additionally, it will teach your Maltipoo that going outside to go to the bathroom is the proper procedure. Over time, this will begin to work out in your favor, and your Maltipoo will eventually go to the door when it has to go to the bathroom.
There is no denying that caring for your Maltipoo puppy can be difficult. But remember, this does not last forever. If you can make it through the first few difficult weeks, you and your dog will be just fine.
